She has been in performance coaching for 30 years and through her keynote speaking, mentoring, coaching and consultancy she inspires, improves, and impacts players, coaches, teams, and corporates in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US.
She is a Tennis Australia High-Performance Coach with a strong background as a tennis touring professional, a talent development coach and she has represented Australia on 39 occasions having won 4 Asia-Oceania junior world team titles. She is a Neuro-linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence Practitioner creating a pioneering approach to communication and coaching that encourages people to take action. She provides practical coaching tools to better understand yourself in order to engage and empower others. She specializes in helping people and teams develop a high-performance mindset and enhance confidence on and off the sporting field.
Emma is a TEDx speaker (Unleashing Female Potential) who is on a mission to create a world of gender equity through female empowerment and endorsing male champions of change aiming to stretch their comfort zone, build their confidence and discover their inner coach.
